Sarah Wagner Yost is
a graduate of the Shambhava School of Yoga program, and is also a massage therapist at
the Art Park in Wichita. She brings a deep knowledge of anatomy to her teaching and practice,
and also a genuine and authentic sense of caring for her students. She has found that her practice
not only makes her physically stronger but has also brought her a deeper awareness of
her internal subtleties, a greater ability to focus, and a deeper level of peace.
She
is particularly interested in helping yoga come alive for those who may have never enjoyed
or experienced it before. She also tries to help her students weave a practice into their
lives. As a mother, volunteer in the community and business owner, she knows this can be a challenge.

Julie Baker RYT--500 is a 500 hour (R.Y.T.) Registered
Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She has studied with Judith Lasater, Rod Stryker
and Doug Keller. Julie has a belief that the body holds the answers to many of life's questions if we will just be
still long enough to listen to it. As a mother of three young children, she knows this
can be difficult at times.
Through yoga and meditation she encourages students
to pause and "feel where the energy is flowing". By learning to feel energy
she believes one can tune in to one's body during the rest of the day to day routine to manage stress and create health.
She weaves the teachings of all her teachers to create a tapestry that fits the needs
of her students. Contact Julie at julie4yoga@yahoo.com
