No one does Yoga like you do. You are completely unique.
We are dedicated to helping you find the joy of your own Yoga. We have an experienced and dedicated group of teachers.
Each teacher strives to create a supportive and challenging classroom atmosphere to encourage students to learn and grow at
his/her own pace. We use props and are qualified to help you with modifications to poses. Private lessons are
available.

Susan
LeVine ERYT--500 has
a full time private practice in Yoga and Thai Yoga Therapy. She has been a personal trainer for 22
years and has been teaching Yoga for 16 years. She is a student of Sri Shambhavanda
at Shoshoni Yoga Retreat in Rollinsville, Colorado, and is certified to teach the Shambhava
style of Yoga and meditation. Her primary hatha yoga training was with
White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California in 1994, and later also with Doug Keller, Rod Stryker and Judith
Lasater. Her Thai Yoga Therapy certifications are with Saul David Raye, in
Los Angeles. She holds the Advanced Thai Yoga Therapy certification. She is available
for private lessons and Thai Yoga Therapy by appointment. She completed her Yoga for
Healing certification in August, 2009, and teaches yoga with a therapeutic focus for all ages. She also completed
her training with Dr. Vasant Lad in Marma Point Therapy in 2011.
Kasey Parsons Ochs, RYT, has completed
her Yoga Alliance 200 hr training with the Shambhava School of Yoga, and is a registered Yoga teacher. She continues
to be a student at Yoga for You and is working towards her 500 RYT. She is also certified to teach Shambhava Meditation.
Kasey assists in teacher trainings and is also a massage therapist. Kasey wants to give students the experience
of yoga and help them find their own inner peace and well-being. Kasey believes that yoga is about finding cohesiveness
in the mind, body and spirit.
Kasey also loves being a Mom
and makes jewelry that is sold at Yoga for You.

Brad Smith, RYT, is a graduate of the Shambhava School of Yoga program and has also been certified to teach
Shambhava meditation. He is a research nurse in oncology and has also spent many years studying martial arts. Though
his teaching emphasizes strength and alignment, he truly loves the inner experience of yoga and enjoys helping others find
their vibrant inner light through their practices. He strives to meet people where they are in their lives and help
them find a way to practice yoga that truly works for them.

Nicole Dibben,
RYT
Nicole Dibben is a graduate
of the Shambhava School of yoga program and has been certified to teach Shambhava meditation and Yoga for Healing. She is
currently working towards her 500 RYT in Shambahava Yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She
has a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a major in Art History and a minor in Cultural Anthropology. She has
8 years of experience being a community event planner and marketing professional within the museum field and book industry.
She has experience and enjoys developing reading, art and educational events for children. She is currently
a fundraiser for a National Health Foundation. She loves how yoga grounds her and provides abundance and joy to
her life. She truly loves the inner experience of yoga and enjoys helping others especially children connect to their vibrant
inner light and sweetness inside through yoga. She loves being a mother and shares her love of yoga with her son.
