Summer Yoga Series for Kids at Yoga for You
For ALL kids, yoga can be as unique as the child
Yoga has great benefits for growing children
and it is a lots of fun. These classes are designed specifically for children, to teach them to stretch, breathe deeply,
relax and concentrate. Yoga develops correct posture, body awareness and self-confidence and helps children
to become more calm and peaceful. Classes are designed to enhance learning and brain development.

Kids will learn how yoga breathing exercises can help them
calm down when they are angry at playmates or frustrated at school. Preteens will learn how yoga can help them relax before
a exam, while older teens will experience how the skills learned in a yoga class can improve their performance in competitive
athletics, bringing strength and balance to their body and mind.

Wednesday 3:30 – 4:30 pm

Ages: 5-11
Sunday 2:30 – 3:30 pm
We are holding class for twelve weeks: FLEXIBLE
ATTENDENCE PLAN: choose which dates you can attend. If you would like to attend all
twelve classes, tuition for the last two classes will be due the first week of August. Tuition for a 10
week series is $150.00.
